Steam enthusiasts gathered by the sides of the Hereford to Shrewsbury line to watch the pass by of the A4 Express Class “Sir Nigel Greeley” Named after its Designer. In 1959, Sir Nigel entered the record books for the fastest recorded speed of a steam locomotive while ‘in service’ at 112mph while pulling carriages full of passengers.

April has seen music in the air, firstly when jazz singer Val Sinclair visited the studio for some publicity images, and then photos for a charity fundraiser at Ludlow Racecourse featuring two authentic Rock’n’Roll bands New Amen Corner and Lipstick On Your Collar (images to follow)
